I just received the product was really well packaged customer service was above and beyond checking on my delivery making sure that it arrived on time. I sure hope this one lasts longer then the last one,. It lasted just over 6 months!! I was told to package up in a strong box and send it back to factory . This was after 3hours to have it installed. I was not happy with answer. I hope this one is better!! Alex
