    I bought this as a “Genuine” Ford key. It definitely wasn’t. But Sean was great in the way he handled this after I contacted him. His communication and constant updates were very helpful. He couldn’t apologise enough, and refunded price fully when it was sent back. Once he worked out why an aftermarket one was sent and not a Genuine one, he changed the listing and adjusted the price accordingly. I won’t be letting this isolated incident stop me from buying from these guys again.
