  The seller has a US flag and states they are in NJ. So when you check out it gives you a shipping estimate for NJ. Then when you order, there's a drop shipment from CA. The seller just can replies to you and thanks you for understanding. Terrible, miss leading seller. Do not buy if you want it in a decent time frame. The item is also a cheap knock off from temu.

  Arrived yesterday packing consisted of a plastic wrap with the addresses. This item is pretty self explanatory. I connected it to a car battery and plugged in a USB cellular charger. It was charging. eBay’s system says it’s arriving today but I received it yesterday.
