However, they rung me and notified me of the issue, organised the same part to be sent from another company (price-matched as well) and refunded me, as well as had the other company contact me to confirm the item.     After sending all my info with pictures and calling as they requested and confirming all my requirements. The wrong item was sent out. Called them again and was told right item would be sent out and I would receive info to return wrong item. Yet to receive calls or details. One week later I've sent it back and requested money back. Very poor communication will not buy from them again.
