  I have been indecisive about which lampshades to choose and looked at these at least a couple of times. An offer from the seller tipped the balance and I have not regretted accepting that offer. Postage took about five days after ordering but the lampshades arrived in good order and I’m very pleased with them. Quality looks good and at a fair price. Sellers communication has been excellent. Would from them again.

  stated as "trolley" item was wheels only. Similar wheels only advertised by same seller at much lower price. Description included "ergonomic handle" so no surprise I wasnt suited by wheelset only. Seller initially offered compensation I offered to return but selle refunded purchase price eventually. Advised they should correct the ad as misleading. Pleasant comms and Im not out of pocket but no trolley! Fair dealing overall
