Radio when arrived was defective - couldn't tune it properly. Contacted the seller who was most helpful and apologetic. They sent a replacement immediately without waiting for the defective radio to return first. The replacement arrived this morning and works fine. They also sent pre paid packaging for sending the defective radio back, which we will do tomorrow. Well done Azatom for quickly sorting out a problem.
