  The item was listed as “brand new” with the items all factory sealed and the box showed to have been opened; however, it showed in the pictures that the case was not factory sealed but opened. The item arrived differently than show in the pictures but all other items factory sealed. Even with this difference, including the more noticeable bends in appearance, I believe the item’s price was sold under market value and quality to still be very high.

  Item was sans-original box (as described) but packed INCREDIBLY WELL. Looked just as pictured and described in the auction, and worked perfectly on the first boot of a newly assembled system.   The item came poorly packaged. It does not appear to be new as its not in a box and there are some scratches evident on the chrome. It does seem to work which is what really matters. I most likely would not buy from the seller again due to attempting to contact the seller and receiving no response. There really isn't a reason to buy from someone that doesn't seem to appreciate the business. I would have sent this back but it's expensive for a return from Canada after all the fees.

  Thank you for a great deal on this item. I’ve wanted to purchase it for a while. The shipping cost were reasonable and the item showed up as described.
