ordered two units and one was exactly as described/pictured. box serial number matched the units. The 2nd unit did not have matching SN's on the box and unit. It also would not turn on. contacted seller and worked out partial refund since I figured I could fix it. After several weeks I was able to open the unit up and repair it. All worked out in the end and seller was good to deal with. Thank you. Look to purchase from again.

Packing was not overly protective and the transport might have been damaged during shipping. Either way, player did not fully function as expected.
