Great price, item as described. Shipping time could have been MUCH better. Contacted seller and communication was brief but prompt. They did what they could do, with who they ship through. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again. I blame FedEx.... Seriously, what were they doing with the box for 20+ days? I ship through FedEx with my job and their customer service is only exceeded in "lack of" by UPS... behind the post office.

This seller misleading buyers. He did not provide pictures and a full description of the product that he was selling. Just a diagram. Therefore, for a buyer who used to get similar product in the past, was quite a surprise to receive a product with a missing essential part. The seller didn’t want to acknowledge that the part was missing. The whole experience dealing with that seller was very disappointing.

Made a purchase. Seller created label for tracking # - never sent package. When seller finally responded to messages about status, said they’d file a missing package claim. There was no entry about this in USPS tracking ever and why would there be when no package was mailed? Waited 4 delivery date, immediately requested refund. Got it. Waste of time and who knows what else I’ve been a victim of. Buyer beware. Report seller if u experience similar issues.
