What I stated was true. I can see if the post office e I sent it from still has the tracking number but that will have tone on monday.I sent the vacuum to the address that the vacuum was sent from. The tracking showed it was delivered there. It seems to be a different address that he claims to have now. I m tired of this whole affair but I will not revise any of what I said as I have recievsd very unsatisfactory service. Lost the cost of that defective vacuum and the $19.00 it cost to return

Yes I was upset but not at the Buyer. I was upset that I tested the item the morning I shipped it and it was working and very powerful so I can only assume since I still have not received the item back from the buyer that it got broken in shipment. I will gladly refund the buyer once the item has been returned and in my possession.

I have been buying from ebay for many years and this was the worst experience. The picture of the pot I bought and the pot I received were completely different. The pot in the picture looked pristine and the pot I received was terribly scratched and the cover very hazy. The packaging was terrible and returning it cost me almost as much as the pot. The vendor is either dishonest or a con artist switching the pots.

Upon notification from the Buyer I immediately apologized. I was moving from one warehouse to another and yes I admit to sending the wrong pot and lid. It was an honest mistake as I sell a lot of higher end housewares. The buyer was refunded 100%. I am not dishonest or a con artist. I do my best to make buyers happy and offer returns on most items I sell.
