Received four kits very safely packaged and received very fast nice to buy from Balzano hobby because Steve always packs very well and uses boxes to do so. Steve is very different from one hobby shop that simply stuffs a nice new kit in a plastic envelope and sends the kit off to be crushed and mishandled by usps or other shippers. I think anyone buying from that ( other guy ) knows who I mean 👍🏼😀 I’ve dealt with Steve for many years and Never once has there been any kind of issue

Avoid! Unless you like your paint sent only in bubble wrap, I suggest you look elsewhere. Seriously, they sent the paint wrapped in bubble wrap without a box! I've never had a seller package an item so poorly. It took extra time to arrive because USPS believed the item had been tampered with.

We often send single cans in double bubble wrap bags which is equivalent to a pillow pack. The can is put in a sealed bubble wrap bag which is put inside a larger bubble wrap bag. After thousands of shipments we have never had a damaged can. INCLUDING THIS SHIPMENT WHICH ARRIVED UNDAMAGED!! The USPS did not believe "the item was tampered with" my local post office has no problem with the bags and picks up my shipped packages every day. Steve
