The seller sent the wrong item. I asked politely several times to send the correct one. First I was offer 5€ refund, when I said no, they offered 10€ refund. I wanted the right item, so they said they were sending another one but I had to pay the shipping, to which I said no, because I already paid for everything, including customs tax. They said they were going to send the right one. It's been a tedious week of messaging and they haven't sent the item. I offered to return the wrong item.

the only thing they did on time was return the money...to the bank...immediately...but the bank has already "reserved" it for two weeks. and who is good from such a merchant who offers the product, accepts payment, but then writes ... "hey bro, we don't produce it anymore", so why not remove it from the watch list. it causes disappointment and inconvenience to the customer, "former customer" or "bro", as they perceive you (nothing,- in Him Marketing manipulations), for my own Time and Money.
