    To begin, I was able to do a 'local pick-up' on this item, the first time ever in than 450 eBay transactions -- seller was only 2 towns away! And the item is exactly as stated & shown: "used" as in opened box but still in Original Packaging for the several components; so truly in a never-used -for-its-purpose condition. I'd wanted a replacement head for this model Norelco shaver, but none @ maker. Hoped to find one on eBay, but fortuitously found the exact model as-if NIB! Great deal & Seller!

    Be wary when buying open items from this seller. It does not seem like they check their package. I ordered open box knife set and 2 of the steak knives were missing. I don't care enough about the steak knives to return the item but I wish I got everything that I paid for. Also sent the seller a message about it and no reply back. I'll give this a 2 stars because they did send it quickly and the knives were as described besides the missing steak knives.

    Seller reached out and gave a refund for the missing items so I really appreciate it. Ebay wont let me update the rating but I would rate it a 5 stars just for the customer service alone.
