  Nothing was to much trouble for Barnardo's Charity, Excellent communication they answered my questions straight away in a honest polite manner. The packer whom packed my package deserves a medal, superb....second to none!!! My item was described perfectly , postage was extremely reasonable for the size of the item, excellent value for the money I paid. I wish all charities that sell on this site were as honest as Barnardo's...I speak from experience!! KEEP UP ALL THE GOOD WORK YOU DO XX

  I ordered 3 pairs of boots from this seller and got charged for postage for each of them which would be okay if they hadn’t sent them all in one box, I did get a partial refund after I complained, They apparently do combined shipping but you have to ask for it, I think it should be automatic applied. They were not very well packed which I also had message the seller about hopefully they have rectified there packaging issues. As for the boots they are as described and did arrive fast.

  deliverd late due to the bank holiday but has arrived today packed well exactly as described good value have not tried it yet as is charging there is no excesseries fir the hand held pard but will try and contactzanussi to see if I can buy them as the hand held neads the parts to work as it should but I am sure the item will be ok as all my items I have bought from barnardos have been very good thank you I would highly recimmend this seller and thank you for all the hard work that you all do

  Really happy with my handheld PSP, came as described. Very lucky find and for a great price on auction. Would recommend this seller, only downside is the packaging could be more secure as you could see what's inside the box without opening it. Also if it rained whilst on delivery the inside would have been water damaged. Also for the postage costs you'd expect more than paper protection, however I cannot complain as they did state they don't use bubble wrap to protect the environment.

  As per usual a superb service from Barnardo's, a genuine charity shop on ebay for a change! with honest staff, correct listing's with perfect description telling the truth of any flaws on the items. I would be more than happy to recommend this Charity Shop above most on this site. Second to none packaging, fast dispatch, postage amount charged for two large items was extremely excellent value.
