    This seller's photos show the batteries with a specific power rating that I required for a project, but he then sent a different item, not at all what was pictured or described. When confronted, he didn't offer an apology or offer to send me the correct item, instead, his attitude was I should be happy with the wrong item that he sent me. It seems lately, a lot of the sellers on eBay simply do not care about their feedback reviews nor their customers. AVOID THIS SELLER!

    The battery sent was a DURACELL NiMH a PREMIUM UPGRADE. "The power rating" was the capacity (mAh), it went from 2000mAh to 2500mAh. Better quality & superior performance. The listing was updated after buyer purchased; we no longer carry the cells to manufacture the battery that was on the original listing. We UPGRADED the Battery & UPDATED the listing that shows what we sell now. We shipped a PREMIUM battery at the original cost in which we have increased with the update. AVOID THIS BUYER!!

    brand new, as advertised. the item arrived ahead of scheduled, so I was very pleased with that. battery worked as soon as I installed into my generator. price was ok, as I saw other sellers lower, but this seller ships to the US Virgin Islands, so I will definitely use them in the future if necessary
