The item arrived in great shape; but the same could not be said for the box. This is to be expected as I have seen first hand how a clerk throws the box from the center of the room to the carriers hamper. Anything heavy will surely crush the lighter items. Then they mark it received damaged as if they had no idea how or when it happened.
