  Despite the ‘gorilla handlers’ at the shipping service(see photos), the Bretonne Lady arrived unscathed and as described/pictured. Carefully packaged in bubble wrap, I hope saved the Lady from further damage. This is no fault of the seller and I appreciate their efforts in wrapping. She is in need of repair and I knew this I when I purchased her. A cheaper price, a good value, and I enjoy restoring these pieces - all things encompassing my purchase.

  I purchased an older slot car from this seller. Pictures showed a broken piece that we both the buyer and seller were aware of. The seller is not slot car specifi c seller and could not know details of the car I found when it arrived and I disassembled it. It is no fault of the seller not knowing what was broken on the inside. That said, the seller was concerned with my happiness with the product and went out of their way to make it right.   The item arrived in good condition, and appeared as it did in the advertisement. It was priced right, and the product was recommended to a friend by her vet, so I’m sure it is a quality product. The box was a bit ragged, but that was how it looked in the advertisement. I would definitely recommend this seller.

  Great find. Packaging was well done. Shipped very quickly. One description left out was the tail tip was broken when I opened the box. Not sure if it snapped during shipping or seller forgot to indicate that the tail tip was broken. Either way, I'm happy to have spent the money on this. Replacement tail tips are a dime a dozen so not the worst thing.
