    Placed an order for the earrings. Supposedly, they were shipped with no tracking. Waited one month never received them had to get a refund. I truly really wanted those earrings. I could not understand why they were mailed without a tracking code.

    We had already shipped your parcel and our courier parcel said that your parcel stuck in custom that's why were not given you the tracking number, we want to again ship your parcel and then share the tracking number but you without any message about order and tracking you had opened the case on eBay, that's why we are refunded you otherwise we want to reship your parcel with a gift for late shipment, but i saw on comment, why you are laying that we didn't give you refund whereas we have refund
