    Parcel apparently mis directed by Australia Post which I did not know at the time. I have no issues with the seller,realising it is not their fault the goods still have not arrived,hoping package will arrive soon.. I know the seller acted promptly in dispatching my order, until I actually receive the goods I have their word that the goods are what I ordered and their word is good enough for me.

    Please contact us directly in future so we can fix issues faster. We look at our messages all the time but don't always look at feedback, which can go for days without checking.
