  This item's appearance was precisely as described, well-packaged, and arrived in a timely fashion. I appreciate the quality of the piece in addition to the care taken in its presentation and appearance. It arrived in good condition, and I feel like I have received excellent value for the price I paid. One note on shipping to Switzerland - information transfer between the British and Swiss postal systems seems to cause notification delays - the package almost got returned because of that issue.

  Before placing the order, I asked seller for proof of measurement, seller refused to send, just verbally confirmed. When item arrived, it was not as advertised. It is my opinion that seller is dishonest and the product is sub par. Even seller himself gave multiple measurements for this.

  before you ordered you asked to let you know the size of these pins as you had previously bought from a different seller and they turned up to be smaller than what you were expecting so you purchased from us and what a surprise , too small again , you claim on your poor quality measuring device that the pins you have received are 0.9mm we use digital callipers measuring to 2 decimal places and provided you with 2 images showing 1.05mm and 1.06mm which is within the tolerance provided , good day

  Seller only sent the picture after I've raised a dispute. I cannot tell if you have manipulated the reading. If your calipers are so great, why would you get 2 different readings of 1.05 and 1.06?

  Lovely ring. Arrived well packaged. Didn't fit me so I had to return it and order a different size. Return process was very easy though and I received the refund quickly. Great seller thank you.

  Initial order was cancelled by seller - reason given was eBay had offered discount without seller approval. Second order never arrived, had to contact seller for information upon which they said they would send out a new order. Third order never arrived- instead I received an automatic refund as the item failed the authenticity test. Communication from the seller was poor throughout- I had to chase for updates. What a waste of time on my part. Don’t use this seller.
