  I contacted this vendor regarding the delay in my order. The delay was way over a week. I had a notice that my product did ship almost immediately, which was good to know. It is my opinion and experience only, at times the U.S. Postal service is not always reliable and delays in delivery occur. Upon contacting this Avon vendor, she got on it right away to help track shipment of my product. I received my product within a few days after. I was so happy to receive my Avon Serum!! Thank You!!

  Why would you not contact me first? I have no control over delivery after the package leaves my home. Not reaching out first is terrible! I shipped your package early instead of waiting until the next shipping day. You should consider how much you hurt a small business during these trying times when we struggle to make a living!
