Ordered by mistake but cancellation request was rejected. Very fast delivery. Good communication with seller but we disagreed in opinion of Duvet. was not what was pictured in photo. didn’t know what polypropylene was and on receipt of duvet i could see that it was teabag texture and felt like a teabag. Not soft. Lightweight cos filling is so flimsy. Over priced, even in comparison to similar duvets being sold by other sellers. Seller gave me a small discount. Wasn’t in a position to return.
