Item was extremely well packed in a wooden crate filled with polystyrene for protection of the item in transit. Item was accurately described as shown by photos in the website. Altogether an excellent honest seller with great customer service who I recommend.

Fairly pleased with the replacement item, though it seems a far cry from the photos I was sent in messages. Okay shipping speed, considering the world we live in. Well packaged, though the excessive use of styrofoam and tape is overkill. Fine seller, though the second I’ve dealt with that messaged me “this item doesn’t look like our listing, would you like another?”

They look like they were pick out of the photos. Gorgeous, beautiful, awesome are just a few words to describe these vases. I have dealt with him in the past and he is OK. In fact, willing to go the extra mile to find something equivalent. I think all Chinese porcelain sellers need to upgrade their inventory programs so that they know instantly what is sold and what is not. Saves a lot of headache, but I digress. A+++++
