    Communication was good, Product was a described and good quality. What let me down was it's clear the item was ordered and shipped from overseas prior to being on sent in Australia so it took 2 weeks. I needed the part quickly to get my mower going during spring. If I knew it would take 2 weeks, I would have used someone else or bought it from the local mower shop.

    I believe quality, condition, value and appearance would be good. I have received refund on this item because picture showing plant in the pot, but actually this item is selling without the pot and that is the only reason why I was cancelled my order. Seller was great, he did answer my question regarding the pot. I would say advertising of this artificial plant is incorrect, should be plant without pot.
