I had an issue with my item. Benzeen politely and quickly, verbally responded! Benzeen agreed with my position and quickly refunded my purchase. I understand the high positive feedback rating.
On the minus side, the shipping cost is high (imho). But I must admit, the packaging was well done. I doubt any damage was incurred upon transit.
Also note this seller has an unusual 1 year warranty. I expect to continue business with them.
