I purchased front & rear bumpers & sadly the Box busted open in transit and it was missing two mounting plates that I needed. They sent another box & we'd hope the missing parts would be in the box but sadly they were not it was another front bumper. I told them that and they sent another box and that had the missing pieces that I needed along with another rear bumper. I asked about returning the extra & to save my time there was no need. Amazing seller honestly!

Packaged and shipped professionally. Unfortunately, although it was a brand new cover I was excited about installing the fabric didn’t match. The seller offered to research but wasn’t able to find the product & offered me to keep & with a refund!

Also, the bull bar was scratched by a bailing wire used to secure the mounting hardware package to the bull bar. When I notified the seller about the damage, they offered to issue a partial refund to compensate for the cost of re-painting the bull bar. Seller communication was great, and their response to my concerns was fair.
