Item arrived in poor condition as the packaging was crumpled, dented and damaged. The outside bag was torn as well, with dirt on it. The item is still intact, usable. Mostly scratches, paint marks and some of the rubber broken off but still usable. I asked the driver for USPS what happened and he said that’s how it was shipped? So, whatever? I will leave this feedback as “neutral” as I don’t know who’s responsible?
