Quick service and great communication. Trolley should have had parts taped to protect from freight company losing something after crushing the box, no damage done. Folding cart is exactly as described, doesnt have the wall hanger like it used to but easy to hang it on walls etc.

He phoned me up to make sure I had ordered the right product (I hadn't) and helped me to get a refund. This was only caught before he sent the product because of his great customer service... Really happy that I managed to avoid having to pay to send them back. Cant recommend the product, as I never saw it, but the customer service is above and beyond!
