    The item I received was different than the item advertised and purchased. When I asked the seller why, the response was that the item I wanted would be an unhealthy strength. No mention of the fact that she/he did not deliver the item shown. Other sellers are offering what I wanted, but at a higher price. I believe this seller is showing one item and delivering a less expensive version, and that most people don't see this when they receive their order. She/he has given me a full refund.

    The seller sent the wrong item (similar...but not what I ordered). I contacted them, and they immediately said they would reship to me. The reshipment arrived...but was still not the item that I ordered! That being said - since I essentially got two bottles of half-strength glycolic acid for the price of one full strength - I'm willing to call it even.
