  This is the worst seller I have dealt with and I’ve been with eBay for almost 18 years. First they sent me the wrong item and then they made me feel that I should be grateful for returning my money. I have reordered the item and they wanted me to wait 20 days before they sent it out. Mind you, I already waited that long for the first wrong item to arrive. I asked for express post but they refused. Then they cancelled my second order without my permission/request. And they requested 5 * rating

  The bag didn’t come with the strap so I’ve contacted the seller and seller asked for photos which i’ve sent and ask so many question and wasted my time. I requested to replace the full item and i will return the one i have but in the end the seller asked me to just return the item for a refund. Very disappointing and i am very frustrated with the customer service. I will now escalate this matter to ebay and see what happens. I don’t recommend buying from this seller not worth it.
