  I received the item. It was a package from amazon. The item was a lovely mosaic lamp, however not the one in the picture. I contacted the seller & they were great with their communication, they sent me a partial refund as the one I order was slightly more expensive than the one received. I really wanted the one in the photo but kept the one I got. Still beautiful! Just wanted the pink light. The sellers were great! Quality is great, very beautiful! Condition was packed really well! Very happy

  Lack of communication and still never received the item when reporting that it wasn’t received within the time frame plus a few days, they asked me to close the case so they could send the item and still no response with no item received & no refund!
