  Sorry to complain but my package was empty and not packed properly. Both roller handles were missing and all i got after sending a pleasant email to the seller requesting assistance was a generic AI bot reply and not a proper reply or explanation. Very disappointing to see that companies do not reply from a person but hide behind a bot. My email bot reply said if I wanted to have a person respond i would have to resend my request and wait 48 hrs for a reply, not good service at all!
