It is well-made, with sturdy construction and neat welding. Fitting the wheel to the boat trailer was easy. For the quality of this unit, the price was quite reasonable. I had a couple of questions before purchasing the unit and the seller responded within 10 minutes on both occasions, enabling me to purchase with confidence - great customer service.

Package did arrive looking a bit worse for wear. Tipping the courier had the parcel jammed in the corner of their van somewhere, splashes of blue paint and split packaging but part survived the ordeal albeit longer than expected.

A different item was delivered and when I contacted the seller he insisted that I ordered the wrong item. Eventually he agreed to refund me and I sent the item back and when I got confirmation from Aus Post that he had collected it I contacted him repeatedly for 3 days for him to confirm but got no response. I raised a case with eBay commerce and they refunded me immediately. Buyers BEWARE

What is described in the add is NOT what is supplied. They have admitted the part is WRONG but still refuse to refund only offered a discount. This has gone on for months. All they do is LIE and avoid refunding for 2 incorrect parts. Trying to hold me to ransom ... before giving a refund I must remove bad review. WORST SELLER ON Ebay
