    I tried to return the item because it was not what I thought it was. But they could not provide me with a prepaid return label. They then instructed me to return it in the very difficult way they provided. They then tried to charge a restocking fee which was contrary to their advertized policy. They then asked me to lie about the reason for returning and to lie about the condition and value. I considered that to be unethical so I closed the return request. I had lost all trust in that company!!!

    A no shipment for almost a month. I reached out to the seller 3 to 4 times without any response until today when I was advised that the customs had refused the order and it was sent back. If I wanted another one, I could buy it. Definitely not seller recommendation on this one.
