    There was a bit of an issue with the ebay order... but excellent customer service. ! Hour after I sent an email with my query they were on the phone apologising and saying they would deal with it then. Item arrived 48 hours later - which as I live in Darwin is the best delivery time I think I have ever had. Well done with the customer service. Otherwise the item was as advertised - quick to set up and no issues

    Wow this arrived early this morning throught Direct ExpressTransport. Packed in a big box containing all we need..So fast and such great service. The young man who delivered it was so friendly, happy , pleasant and obliging. This order through Best Pool Supplies in Yatala Qsld has been a wonderful buying experience from start to finish. No we haven't erected it yet but I know if we have any problems at all, they are close at hand to help with correspondence.... Great work guys. thank You..

    we had an initial issue where the item wasn t received however when the seller was made aware they couldn t have acted any faster to resolve the issue and dispatched a new item the same day. Will definitely use this company again.
