  The Item was everything as described. The shipping was super quick as well. The value was excellent. The item works great. The only thing I didn't like was the slots to put your cases in. They fall out easily. Which is ok, I manly cared about the cooling system. Overall it's a good product, minus the case holders.

  No access to Contact Seller when tracking did not work. I only resolve my problem after contacting the manufacturer which was identified by eBay in the sidebar on the seller s site. Manufacturer had the same product for sale on eBay at same price. I highly recommended buying from sellers that provide their contact link and not from those without a Live link
