Sent the seller an email to cancel, seller still sent the item then sent a message back to us saying, sorry mate just read your message but sent the item, item arrived in the mail, we then sent a message back to the seller for the refund return and now they want to charge us for the freight cost. Very unfair to us when the seller should have read there email first and were notified straight away of the cancellation. We want the seller to pay for the freight cost and full refund,not our fault.
