    Item was either lost or delivered to the wrong address. Tracking showed it was delivered on Jun 6. Contacted seller on Jun 12th to notify them I did not receive the Item. Seller responded immediately and replaced the item expeditiously (1 week later) after they verified the shipping error. Great seller, great communications and the price was cheaper than Amazon. I didn't lower the star rating on shipping due to the error not being the seller's fault.

    Good quality and value. The only problem was the postal service--which took over three weeks to deliver. The package arrived at the destination regional center three different times and the package traveled to more destinations than we have in years! I would definitely buy from this seller again, but have little faith in our postal service

    After submitting negative feedback, the seller messaged me apologizing for the delay. The seller provided a return label and asked me to remove my negative feedback. I boxed and labeled the return item, and took to USPS office only to be told the shipping label was a fraudulent. USPS said if it has ROLLO on the label, they won t accept it. A picture of the shipping label would be added, but attachments are not allowed for Revised feedback.

    Was shipped with UPS. Shipping originated in New Jersey and it never got past Newark New Jersey and was there almost a week before they let the seller know that they had damaged item and they were returning it to the seller the seller let me know right away and issued me a refund so the seller did what he or she was supposed to do but UPS should fail both of us
