Through no fault of the sender the book arrived in ripped packaging with damaged pages and having been run over by a pallet truck or similar machinery whilst in transit with Whistle. The sender promptly refunded the purchase price and apologised although blameless. I have no qualms buying from them in the future just in their choice of delivery firm.

In spite of their error, the book was still very cheap (£4.41 used as opposed to £26 new). The book was in good condition. Thank you.
