The seller was excellent at communicating with me and was pleasant to work with. However the way the hat was pack was horrible. Instead of using a box they put the hat in a cheap mailer. And shipping eas not cheap on my end. I know this came from the UK to the US so shipping is different than it is here but I was very disappointed at the end result. So I’m having to straighten out the hat. So maybe ask questions about how they will ship items, and ask if they can use a box.
