In the event an item does not meet your satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase as long as it is as you received it. This seller is awesome. Last bar tape of this color they had in stock. When they were processing for shipment, they notice the bar tape box had been sliced by a box cutter and the tape was damaged beyond use. They immediately notified me, suggesting a different color or a refund. Since this was to match my bike color scheme, I opted for a refund. The seller canceled the order and my account refunded within a couple hours. Fantastic service. I will look to ordering from this seller again!!

The product was new. The price was very good. It was adequately packaged so it was not damaged in transit. Either the seller shipped very slowly or he had to wait for the product to arrive at his location (back order). Took 10 days to get from Georgia to SE Texas by UPS. The delivery date was changed on first arrival date 4 days later. I believe I should have had some communication from the seller in reference to the tardiness. I doubt I will do business with this seller again

As you noted in your feedback the delivery date was changed and updated by the carrier (UPS). Unfortunately we are not notified of carrier delays and this is not something we have control over as they are often caused by inclement weather, etc.. We greatly appreciate your patience and your business.
