I order a hood they said was in stock. I asked after 11 days of hearing nothing about my order and they told me it was due to electricity being out. That it would be shipped out soon. 5 more days went by and still didn’t hear anything when I contacted them they said the same thing and offered a refund.. poor communication poor customer service poor follow thru with fulfilling orders. Would never recomend.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the outage. We ship from warehouses across continental U.S., however most of our hood are currently stocked on warehouses further north in states heavily impacted by the weather this year, like Colorado, Missouri, Michigan and Indiana. We're getting more inventory we're spreading further across other states to mitigate the chances of delay should we have other outages in the future. ~
