    Item was defective; seller agreed to send replacement. I waited for a week with no updates, then messaged to find out that apparently they were waiting on me to send the defective item back. I asked about a shipping label and they said to initiate a refund request for it. Sent the item, waited. No communication for a week, again. Then I got my money back through the refund, which confused me. I had thought they were sending a replacement. Messaged a few days ago about this. Still no reply.

    Item was well packed in original packaging and new in box as described. Only issue was that USPS had an issue and when we reached out to seller for any help, they didn't even reply. I know there is little a seller can do if its "lost" but you could at least respond.

    I wasn't exactly impressed with this seller at first but they came through at the end. It took them about 4 or 5 days to ship the item. I had to message them several times before they would even respond back, and the lack of communication was a huge turn away. The item arrived quickly once they DID ship it and it was packaged extremely well. Item was also exactly how the described. I will most likely return to them in the future due to their quality and price. All in all I'm happy. Thanks guys.
