Never buy from this seller again. My item got delivered and when I opened the box. Both containers inside were damaged and was broken. I have messaged the seller many times and it seems like they have automatic reply keep saying they will refund me 30% and I need to send the item back for repair. It's not my fault that they use a very thin box with no support and no structure and during the delivery it got broken. It will cost me $20 for the postage. This is a joke!

The product itself and communication from the seller is good, Unfortunately they are let down by the delivery service, I know this is out of the sellers control but estimated delivery dates are listed and when the parcel sits at the depot for 9 days before delivery it affects the eta. Australia post would be a better choice. Hence I can only give the neutral rating as the item didn't arrive anywhere near close to on time.

Quick postage.
Box was damaged and appeared to have been opened previously and then taped back up. All screws were not in the bag taped inside, but were rolling around in the box. I actually received more screws and feet than required which was good as I’m surprised I didn’t lose any with the holes in the delivery box. Easy installation. Appears good strong product, as described. Looks great.

A reasonable time in receiving the product through the mail. The folder is neat and as per the images which are fairly descriptive and accurate. One thing you can't tell from the image is how much the portfolio is likely to expand. This probably not as expansive as hoped as even A5 diary won't fit.
Email responses were generally quick and obliging with the information. Had asked for a tax invoice for business purposes but because based in China although helpful not as required by the ATO.
