    A lovely signed card with personal message from actor, sent in card backed "Please do not bend" envelope with added protection of plastic stiffener and cellophane wallet to protect item in transit. As described in listing and great value. Dispatch can take a bit longer, but seller is very clear about timescales in listing and item was received ahead of this schedule, so not a problem for me. Perfectly happy with seller and have since ordered a further item from him.

    This photo had a chequered history thanks to the incompetence of Royal Mail. It was not delivered on time and a lengthy correspondence with the sellers, in which they were extremely helpful, followed, leading to them sending me a refund. The photo was finally delivered today, over a month late and with no indication where it has been. I have informed the sellers with a view to returning their refund. I am glad to record my pleasure at having the photo at last and would thank the sellers.
