Item was shipped promptly and arrived well before eta. Very happy with it, exactly as described, thank you. But, insufficient postage stamps had been attached to the envelope and I was requested by Aust Post to pay the extra postage plus fine. In the course of sorting this out the seller communicated exceptionally well with me, offered to refund my out of pocket costs for postage and apologised. Australia Post did not follow through with its request and so I did not have to pay them.

AUSTRALIA POST IS NOT SO AWESOME. Postage and communication was/is awesome, and Australia Post has confirmed my item was scanned in my town, BUT, my package never did make it too my address. Sucks to be me at the moment. This IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW OF THE SELLER, the seller was/is awesome. They have no control over what happens once transit is involved
