  The item never arrived than told me that they couldn't track the item and didn't have stock to send another. They refunded me than immediately increased the price on it and relisted the product. There communication is very poor as well over all wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

  This product arrived in an envelope marked AMAZON. It had a tracking number but was listed as "sent untracked". It included a slip of paper that said it was a gift from the seller. All very confusing. The product itself is a bit of a cheap item and the box sys "general purpose" phone mount rather than Airplane phone mount. Overpriced for what you actually get.

  Item arrived was just a Cig lighter extension lead without the on and off switch as advertised and pictured. Seller asked if i wanted to return it. This didn't fit my time frame and why would I pay to send it back when it was a seller error.
