    The bike was as described and in pristine condition. Clean, well functioning, and well packed. Clearly some thought and effort want into the packing to ensure nothing shifted or rubbed. Shipping cost was on par with other bikes I looked at. Before the sale I asked the seller to confirm some dimensions and they responded quickly and accurately. I am very pleased with my vintage bike.

    Super confusing transaction. On the plus side, item as described. Seller, did respond to messages. On the negative, item hung up in shipping for days. Seller blames Covid which is obvious cop out. FedEx ship tracking hard to follow but mentioned damaged packaging/shipping label. No wonder! Bike wheel shipped in foam sheets, cellophane and shipping tape. No box. $35 shipping cost not justified. Who ships a bike wheel without a box. Will not buy from again. I wish I could attach a photo!

    We are sorry you were confused, we are also sorry you couldnt understand fedex shipping, it is fairly simple you can track the package through the whole shipment. as was stated before hand they only scan it once it moves it is not our fault if its not scanned, as for the item we told you if it was damaged you could return it with no charge. Shipping prices are crazy right now so $35 for a wheel is fair it is what is charged to everyone, again we are sorry if you couldnt understand shipping.

    I purchased a pricy linear-pull brakeset and had it shipped all the way from California to Saudi Arabia, only to find out that a brake arm had been misassembled at the factory and unusable. I reached out to CBP with photo proof of the defect and they promptly refunded me the entire amount - including part of the shipping costs - and said I could keep the brakeset in case a replacement brake arm turns up that could render it usable again. This is customer care at its best! Highly recommended!
