Good quality, shipping and its price OK, but No mention of "fac similé" in the title and as the name of the shop is BillerAntik , I thought it was an 1931 original Seite (and because of the usual value of old entire magazine, about 32 euros) ...but it was writen in the bottom of the description that a fac similé was presented....
