3. Accurate grading - I understand that records are not worth anything if they are in bad shape. I try and be as accurate as possible but if there is a problem let me know and I will refund you.
4. Answer questions quickly and promptly.
5. Always ship same or next day. If purchased on Friday will be shipped next Monday Morning.
6. For international shipping I use Global Shipping Program. I cannot combine items on that program.
